What’s on Offer?

This unique workshop with the Revd Dr Jane Leach from the UK will engage our creative and reflective skills and explore the supervisors we are and want to be. There will be opportunity to draw, reflect and move and together exploring on our supervisory practice. Using insights from Interplay, we will identify supervisory relationships we want to adjust through the lens of four foundational postures.

Meet the Presenter

Jane Leach

The Revd Dr Jane Leach is the Principal of Wesley House Cambridge. She holds degrees in history and theology from the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Nottingham. She was the founding Chair of the Association of Pastoral Supervision and Education in the UK and teaches and researches in the field of reflective pastoral supervision. With Michael Paterson she co-authored Pastoral Supervision: A Handbook (second edition 2015); her most recent supervision publication is A Charge to Keep: Reflective Supervision and the Renewal of Christian Leadership, 2020.
