This online workshop creates space to engage with Robin and explore the space of spiritual practice in your supervisory work. Robin says: “I see spiritual practice as being aware that we part of something bigger. There is more to human existence than just us, as separate individuals … We move from the finite game of results and outcomes to the infinite game where creativity and new possibilities can emerge, transcending what I believe is a socially conditioned fear-based separation from each other and all that is”.

What’s on Offer?

In this workshop, Robin explores how this awareness affects our supervision practice. Robin says: ‘Supervision is seeing clearly. Locked into our separate identities, we spend much of our time protecting this separate self and not truly being with the other.’

During our time together, we will explore what a spiritual perspective means. We will consider the nature of fear, how much shame there is in acknowledging it and how fear comes into the work of supervision in ways that can be disguised. We will also explore how our willingness to be vulnerable opens us to love.

These events are a unique opportunity to engage with Robin as he shares content from his new book ‘ Supervision as Spiritual Practice’.
